Citing a litany of influences including Herbie Hancock, Alice Coltrane, P-Funk, The Roots and Jimi Hendrix, Leeds’ nu-jazz guru and keyboard swashbuckler Dan Goldman – Jazz Doctor 73 – has unshackled his live, instrumental, remixing and production talents upon Roots Manuva, Morcheeba, TY, Nightmares on Wax, Warp, Ninja Tune and countless others.

Also an acclaimed recording artist, Goldman’s coalition of funk, jazz and electronica has enjoyed releases via Wax On (“Ascension”) and Music at Monumental (“Electroboogie” / “Swing Til It Hurts”). His effusive debut album, ‘Zeros and Ones’ (Ropeadope Digital), is forthcoming.
