His recent, machine-skewed R&B treatise, Multiply (Warp), got music and club lovers into a right old froth - such was its feverish fusion of deep soul, scuffling grooves and technical trickery - but his twisted charms are best witnessed in the flesh, as evinced on this ace live set from Triptych 03.
