Dark cavaliers of Glasgow’s inaugural dubstep parties and transmitters of weekly online audio stream, reload-radio, Electric Eliminators peddle dishevelled dancehall, basement grime and bass-humping dubstep rhythms, while their guests have included Kode9, Digital Mystikz, Monochrome, Gravious and more.

"Here's a Top 10 in no particular order" raves fervent helmsman Gordon Stewart...

GRAVIOUS: 'TEMPLE BALL'(HOTFLUSH)
Up and coming glasgow talent makes some of the most beautiful, melodic music, which has more in common with boards of canada or FSOL. This track is a few years old and is now just getting a release, one of the finest examples of the Sino / Eastern ub sound. I'll never tire of the intro on this, pure bliss.

ASBO: 'ASBO1' (unreleased)
Upstarts Danny Kerfew and Barry Arson have been very quiet since getting banned from myspace. Lets hope they havent been incarcerated and instead are still making bonkers stuff like this. Taxi funk intro, seagull samples and a deep as you like second drop, this tune has 'em all.

FORENSIX (MCR): 'SOLACE'(REVOLUTION RECORDS)
Debut outing for Manchester's finest. Haunting vocal melodies and a deep, relentless growling bassline, which feels as if its sucking the air from your lungs when heard on a big system.

DISTANCE: 'MY DEMONS'(PLANET MU)
My favourite track from his recent album on Planet Mu, like all the best works, it takes time for it to worm its way into your conscience. Perfect captures the mood of driving lost round a big city late at night

FAT FREDDY'S DROP: CAYS CRAYS (DIGITAL MYSTIKZ REMIX) (KARTEL RECORDS)
The best vocal dubstep tune? A masterpiece in restraint, Mala Mystikz leaves little else but Joe Dukie's gorgious voice, and the barest of skanking pulses built around it. No clutter, just the perfect ingredients!

SKYNET: 'SWAMP' (PINCH REMIX) (ARGON RECORDS)
Much is being written about Pinch's minimal, Detriot style, and this remix is a fine example of it. It's also one of those records that seems to do nothing at first, but when played on a big soundsystem, makes perfect sense.

MONOCHROME: 'VACANT' (UNRELEASED)
Deep and moody stuff, Tom's techno pedigree shines through here on the sparkling production.

THE BUG feat FLO DAN: 'JAH WAR' (LOEFAH REMIX) (NINJA TUNE)
Electro blips, grimy ragga vocals and Loefah's trademark bass weight combine to devastating effect. This will mash up any dance.

JAMIE WOON: 'WAYFARING STRANGER' (BURIAL MIX) (LIVE RECORDS)
London based folky singer songwriter gets treated to a Burial makeover: the results are nothing short of spine tingling. Lush slinky two-step drums underpin Woon's melancholy vocal, this track is both haunting and uplifting.

SHACKLETON: 'IN THE NEXT WORLD'(CLANDESTINE CULTIVATIONS)
Deep mystical percussion, a spooky church organ and devilish horns are all used in this epic from a true maverick. And a bassline that seems to swoop to the depths of hell.
